Not I But Christ
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”
Walking with God is really not that complicated. Basically, the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in us (if we are Spirit filled with the evidence of speaking in other tongues.)
Therefore, now God’s Holy Spirit dwells in us and if we yield to His will He lives through us. When He speaks we speak, where He wishes to walk we walk, whom He wishes to touch we touch. This is the essence of Christ in us for as we allow God to reveal Himself through us to the world we become like Christ to the extent that we are able.
Sometimes people make things so complicated that it seems doing what the Bible says is too difficult. Yet, when we simply allow Jesus (Yahweh Saves) to live through us by doing what His Spirit says everything becomes crystal clear and uncomplicated.
