God says,
“As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.”
1 John 2:27
The anointing Jesus received was the Holy Spirit. As the Spirit taught Jesus all things, so too the Holy Spirit teaches you all things. The Spirit of truth, which the Father has sent to you, does not lie and lives in you.
The Holy Spirit teaches you
The Holy Spirit is simply God who is a Spirit and is Holy. When you seek the baptism of the Holy Spirit (i.e. God) He comes and dwells inside of you. This is what happened to Jesus at His baptism as the Holy Spirit descended upon Him in the form of a dove.
God lives in you and His Spirit teaches you all things. He comforts you and leads you into all truth. This is the reason why you have no need that anyone teach you; God Himself teaches you.
Yes, there are those within the body of Christ that are given the ministry of teaching, but the Spirit in you, i.e. God, must bear witness to what they say. In other words, God’s sheep hear His voice,
Jesus says
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:”
John 10:27
Listen to the voice of your Good Shepherd
In conclusion, listen to your Good Shepherd, for He will lead and guide you beside still waters and into green pastures by His Spirit. If you are of His sheep you will hear His voice and a stranger’s voice you will not follow. Have confidence in the revelation of your heavenly Father and believe Him. This is your safety and this is how to walk in the Spirit.
