English: By Rembrandt.I feel led by the Spirit to lay out a  framework to aid in the restoration of the spiritual fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles.  This is by no means an exhaustive treatise on this subject but rather just a broad sketch of the possible steps to be undertaken to accomplish our worthy goal.

To begin with, we, as ministers of the full gospel of Christ, should consider working together to restore the final feast.  The reason I believe this is important is because in order to bring about the perfection of the saints at the end of the church age the elect must enter into the Tabernacle experience.

It is written,

“Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:”

Ephesians 4:13

This scripture was partially fulfilled in the book of Acts,

And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.”

Acts 4:32

These scripture speaks about the end result of a spiritual experience that every minister should be working towards with their people.  I believe that the  perfect man of Ephesians, as a group, can only be achieved through completing the third and final step that God has made available to all through the Tabernacle experience of Divine Love.

The first step towards the perfection of the saints was, of course, the spiritual fulfillment of the Feast of Passover.  In the church age, this equates to the experience of salvation through Jesus Christ.  The second step was the spiritual fulfillment of the feast of Pentecost. In the church age this equates to the experience of  Holy Spirit baptism as  evidence by speaking in other tongues.  The third and final step in this process is the spiritual fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles.  In the church age this equates to the experience of becoming “one” with God the Father. The manifestation of this oneness is Divine Love which is, in fact, the first love of Eden restored.

Many ministers fail to bring their churches into the unity of the faith because they seek to do so only having experienced the spiritual fulfillments of one or two of the necessary feasts.  However, it is not possible to fulfill Ephesians 4:13 without experiencing all three feasts.  It is the spiritual experience of  Divine love (not teaching) that brings about the unity of the Spirit which ultimately leads to the unity of the faith.

In order to accomplish the goal of restoring this final feast it will not be possible to change the church from within but rather it will be necessary to step outside the church. We must focus our efforts and resources on sharing the Tabernacle message of Divine Love to those outside the church with ears to hear so that we can start with, as it were, a blank canvas upon which to write this vision.

Secondly, we must seek to restore the office and authority of the apostle and prophet. Jesus, of course, is the chief cornerstone of any true move of God.  Everything that we do must be in alignment with the Son of God.  The foundation stones of our movement must be laid by true apostles and prophets in order to build this house upon a sure foundation.  We must, above all, restore the office of the apostle to our movement so that we can benefit from the organizational skills and spiritual perspectives that their anointing brings.  Pastors and teachers should be encouraged to take their proper places under these ministries so that they function as God intended.  The office of evangelist must also be encouraged to operate primarily outside the church so that they can focus on sharing this fully restored gospel to the lost.

The third step in our plan is to teach the  Tabernacle theology to our disciples.  This is not a new or extra biblical doctrine but rather a restoration of what the first century church lived and taught throughout the book of Acts and New Testament. The spiritual fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles began when Peter said, “silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.”  As we disciple new converts they will begin to assimilate these Tabernacle teachings which will allow them to contain the new wine of this latter rain. By starting with newly evangelized people we will not have to “un-teach” them out of the doctrinal positions that may hinder them from receiving this blessing.  As young men and women grow in this restored truth we will select, by the Spirit, those who have ability and skill and pair them with mature saints who can help train them for leadership positions in this movement.

The fourth step is to seek converts from the disenfranchised and disenchanted of the church and society at large. We, like David, will welcome the outcasts, both churched and unchurched,  and some will become our mighty men and women upon which this movement will be built.  In the beginning, when our group is still small and relatively vulnerable, we must seek to make converts in places where the normative  church will not hinder us.  Obviously, the established church may react with ferocity against what it considers to be a threat against it’s status quo.  Therefore, we must seek to work in places where we will go relatively unnoticed until we have grown strong enough to weather persecution if it comes.

This movement will initially target  young adults, ages 27 and under, both male and female, whom God picks to be disciples of this restoration of Tabernacle theology.  God, through His Holy Spirit, will bring the first wave of His chosen to us and they will form the “core” of this movement.  Once this vanguard is formed some will be sent out to disciple others and in turn those who become disciples and show promise will be raised up to form a second wave of followers. Our goal will be that the Tabernacle theology and experience become as wide spread and accepted as the spiritual experiences of the first two feasts.

This movement will also focus upon fostering and promoting business enterprises among its members so as to provide an economic engine to drive our activities forward.  We believe that wealth is a tool and resource to be used for the well being of our members and also to enable this organization to help carry forward the message of Tabernacles.  Those disciples with the aptitude and desire to do business will be encouraged and given support to do so if they prove to be committed to our vision.  God will lead and guide us in all aspects of these endeavors and His Spirit will give us the wisdom we need to prosper and fund the work of His ministry.

I estimate that it will take 10 to 15 years of evangelizing and discipleship before the first wave produces the beginnings of the second wave.  We will encourage the first wave to go wherever God shows us and to replicate our evangelism/discipleship model.  In the beginning we will hold yearly meetings in which all our member are invited to participate but as the movement increases we will devolve these meetings into more localized events.  We must be careful never to overly centralize our movement so that even if one part is hindered the remaining parts can still function.
 

The organizing principle of our movement will be,

 

“Listen, Hear, and Obey On Time.”

To reiterate, the main points of our plan to restore the final Feast of Tabernacles to the Body of Christ are as follows.

1.  We concentrate on evangelism of the un-churched so that will can write this vision on a blank canvas.

2.  We will seek to restore the office and authority of the apostle and prophet to their proper places in our movement.

3.  We teach Tabernacle theology to our new converts

4.  We seek converts from the outcasts of society, churched and unchurched.  These will become the mighty men and women of our movement.

5.  We will seek make disciples of young adults ages 27 years and under to form the core of our first wave of Tabernacles saints.  When they have been taught sufficiently to disciple others we will send them out as God leads to raise up a second wave in the countries we have listed above.

6.  We promote those who show ability in business so that they can help provide an economic engine for our movement.

7.  We  will endeavor to keep this movement decentralized so that if one part is hindered the rest can continue to function and carry on our vision.

In conclusion, it is important that we put action to our faith and try our best to bring about the restoration of the final feast. We are some, among many, who are tasked with the vision and goal of helping God’s children come back to the Garden and enter once again into the glorious liberty of the sons of God.  We have been divinely commissioned and now it is up to us to do our part to help bring about the unity of the Spirit which will ultimately lead to the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry.
