Dear Friends,
I thought it best to give some guidelines about posting comments on this website. As you might imagine, sometimes people have strong opinions, both pro and con, about the topics discussed here and wish to express themselves. I actually appreciate it when you do, for I believe that it illuminates us all to discuss these topics.
Here are some guidelines that will help us all get the most out of posting comments:
- Please be respectful of others, even if you disagree with them.
- No foul language – if there is, and I decide to allow the comment, I will edit it out.
- If, for some reason, I have banned you in the past, please do not post a comment under a different email. I very rarely ban people, but if I do, please respect it.
- Please keep you comments down to a page or so.
- While citing scriptures is great, quoting large chunks of it makes the comment difficult to read. Better to just give the chapter and verses if you are referring to a big quotation.
Let’s have a civil discourse so that we can all benefit from the discussion of these topics.
Big hugs and lots of love,
Michael
The name is Patricia Church. I came across your website somehow. I was looking for answers.I know I am saved I have the Holy Ghost I speak in tongues and I believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ and his coming.one thing I can’t understand with Christians including myself sometimes is the hardness or the pharisaical strictness in mini people. Some people say oh grow a backbone. Or Scorn the sinner and look down on him and don’t want anything to do with him they don’t want them to come to their house or to go to their house. I know of people that won’t let a man and a woman That’s Living together come to their house. You’re always guilty. And you can never seem to be good enough. To go to heaven. If you don’t dress the way the preacher you’re going to hell. And you feel like you’re in hell when you’re sitting under them. There’s a type of bondage in the lack of liberty or the ability to think outside of the box.Anyways I read and listen to one of your podcasts about atonement and how that we’re not in atonement anymore don’t remember the name of the podcast something about it’s easy. You really minister to me and I want to thank you. you mentioned something about listening to that still small voice and then going and doing it and I’ve started doing that and it works Please excuse the lack of punctuation. There’s no space to hardly write are correct the punctuation thank you Patricia Church. I just have my cell phone not a Computer to Communicate.
Dear Patricia,
Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it!
I suppose it comes down to the fact that God had to deal with us all when we were yet sinners. Everyone starts from somewhere. It is not where you’re at so much as where you headed that counts.
Well spoken and thanks,
Big hugs and lots of love,
Michael
