This type of revelation is uncomfortable for many. It is difficult to think about and talk about. I don’t know why that is, perhaps it is our Christian conditioning and shame.

Therefore, many have difficulty in speaking about intimate things when it comes to God. Laying out the truth of the matter always stretches me too.

Here is a truth,

You cannot love someone intimately with touching their body. Likewise, you cannot love Christ intimately without touching His body of believers.

The concept of loving God meaning we must love one another is not new. However, the concept that loving God means touching his body of believers physically, as led by His Spirit, is. This concept almost requires a re-wiring of our brains, for we have been taught, especially in Christian circles, that spirituality is the absence of physical touch.

The truth is, though, that true spirituality, especially in these latter days, is to love God through intimacy in the Body of Christ. This expression of His physical love exists on a sliding scale from merely looking into someone’s eyes with the love of God all the way to full physical love making between divine mates.

To put a finer point on it, God’s love is shown to members of the Body of Christ through other members of the Body Of Christ and, as long as it is led by His Spirit, it is holy.

When people have little inside, they concentrate on how things look on the outside. We see this in the behavior of the pharisees.

Jesus says,

“Then in the audience of all the people he said unto his disciples, Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts;  Which devour widows’ houses, and for a shew make long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation”

Luke 20: 45-47

However, with God, it is not the outward that counts, but the condition of your inner heart. God says,

“Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,  This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.  But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”

Matthew 15:7-9

Here is a truth,

In order to please God, we must do “what He really means.”

In the natural realm, when a man and women fall in love, they become closer and closer physically. They kiss and touch each other commensurate to the depth of their shared love relationship. Finally, when they feel to commit themselves to each other forever, they merge completely. We call this intercourse and everyone agrees that this type of intimate behavior is appropriate to profound love.

No one, in their right mind, would ever say to such people that their love must only be “spiritual”. The lovers would look at them funny and other people would laugh at that notion. Likewise, to love God, you must eventually touch His body to express his heart fully.

However, God is a Spirit that fills heaven and earth. How does one express love to a Spirit? Many would say that you pray, or worship, sacrifice your time or money, or enter into some kind of service. However, though these things are appropriate and good, true expression of love for God is the act of loving His body of believers as He leads.

God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself. Now God is in us, finishing that great work. The Holy Spirit chose to dwell in Jesus who is the express image of our Father. Now the same Holy Spirit indwells us and we, as the body of Christ are to be the express image of God. This is what the Bride of Christ is.

Become God’s wife

Moreover, like any bride, she wishes to become a wife and experienceher man in her. A woman in love wishes to open herself up to her lover and express her love physically. She loves her bridegroom’s spirit, she adores his soul, but she also desires to love him physically.

In these latter days, God expresses his love to the Body of Christ through the Body of Christ. He kisses us through one another – hence the holy kiss. He hugs us and holds us close through members of His body. In fact, the pure expression of God, like Christ, is to manifest Himself through our flesh.

Therefore, in the coming move of the Holy Spirit, we will see God’s love demonstrated to individuals through other individuals as they are Spirit-led. The legalistic morals of the Christian clergy will fall away as the First Love of Eden is restored. All things will be done properly and in order, not according the natural man, but by His Spirit. Remember, decent and in order to God was what happened when His Spirit fell on the disciples on the day of Pentecost.

Most people have little idea of what I am talking about simply because they have not experienced the Tabernacle Blessing yet. However, when you do, these things will make a lot of sense. My writings are not meant to constrain what God can or will do, they are only meant to be a sign to those who come this way that they are on the right path.

In conclusion, when you begin to experience the First Love of Eden, know that God is with you. Trust Him and do what He actually means rather that adhere to what other people tell you.
