Dear Connections,
Usually, I tend to refrain from talking about harsh things. However, for some time now, I have been feeling led to illuminate what is going on in our society with regard to our wives and our children.
God says,
“There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother. There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness. There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up. There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men.”
Proverbs 30: 11-14
What you have just read is a prophecy, spiritually speaking, about the last generation we are living in, the one just before the revealing of the son of perdition. Just like those who meet Jesus in the air will know Him because they are like Him, those who are destined for hell will identify with that man of sin because they are like him, too.
This type of attitude toward parents and husbands now permeates our Western culture. I hate it. It is like a terrible itch that cannot be scratched. This foul spirit is anti-life, against God, and despises everything our Father made good. It is literally the spirit of antichrist. Many speak ill of authority in every form and will not obey anyone, anytime, anywhere. Thus, they are in rebellion to the very God they hope and pray will save them in the day of judgment.
God has not given you, oh wife, a man to lead you without providing that man with wisdom and authority to do so. Furthermore, our Father did not say, “Honor your father and your mother,” if He did not believe children, for their own good, needed to do so. When a woman or child talks down to someone that God has given as a covering in their life, they offend the very One that created them.
Oh woman, thou art deceived
When it comes to Godly authority, daughters of Eve, it is wrong for you to rise up and stand against your husband created in God’s image, for this is what Lucifer did. However much you fight and struggle against His divine pattern, nothing changes the fact that it is you who partook of the forbidden fruit and caused, from the very beginning, all the death and destruction that has come upon the human race.
Moreover, daughters of Eve, our Father put you under headship for your protection. Women cannot discern truth fully, for they have been deceived from the very beginning, while Adam, our father, was not. To rebel against the Spirit of Wisdom in us, and to cause your children to do so, too, is folly indeed.
Allow yourself to be led before it is too late
Men cannot lead if those God put with them will not follow. Thinking you can take over a man’s authority in his own household because you believe you are better equipped and wiser only brings destruction to yourself, your children, and society in general.
Things are about to get very rough. I have seen this for some time. He who restrains is only going to hold back the flood of Satan for a short time more. If, when that dam breaks, you do not listen to your husband, and if you have taught your children to rebel against their father, great destruction will come upon yourself and those around you.
Do not mock God.
