Hi Team Tabernacle,
Thanks for being a part of Team Tabernacle! This page is for those who are helping to develop the template for “The Tabernacle Experience: Lovefest 2019”.
As we brain storm we can share our ideas here on the comment section and I will add them to the overall plan as seems good.
Big hugs and God bless!
Michael
Dear Team Tabernacle,
It is important to me, as an apostle, that the foundation of The Tabernacle Experience be built true and deep. The vision is to build a prototype of a modern day Lovefest (lovefeast) that can be used as a basis for others to hold their own Lovefests round the earth.
In a perfect world (the one God wishes to create) everyone yields to and manifests His Divine Love. Therefore, if we wish for His kingdom to come, His will to be done, on Earth as it is in heaven, we can begin that process by calling the Bride of Christ to the wedding supper of the Lamb.
As I have talked with various people about holding meetings, it became apparent that this undertaking is a bit bigger than I first imagined. Esther, who has held events in the past, told me that the planning and organization required to hold a successful Lovefest is quite an undertaking. She suggested that I set our sights on 2019 rather than 2018.
After quite a bit of thought, and asking God what He thinks, I believe Esther is right. I do desire for these meetings to be a success, and after penciling out what needs to be done, even in a minimal way, there is a lot to do.
I want to use 2018 to assemble our team, gather and learn how to use the necessary equipment, practice cooking and settimg up in a local venue to see how the elements work together, and visit possible venues (places to hold meetings) in 2019.
I propose that we begin online meetings via skype or Facebook where those who are interested in participating can gather, brainstorm, and plan. Not everyone has to actually come to a Lovefest to take part in one. There are many things people can do “virtually” from around the world through their web access. Others, who are able to come, can help in different areas of the real world feast. Our online presence and promotion is going to be a least as important as our real world events being that are stated goal is to help others put on their own lovefests.
Perhaps starting as early as March, 2018 I invite you to meet together online in a virtual group setting. I think once per month, at this point, will be sufficient to begin with. The scriptures says “Know those who labor amoung you”, therefore let’s all get to know one another so that we can form a Spirit led, cohesive team with one heart and one soul.
If, for instance, we plan our first Lovefest in 2019, that leaves us only 16 months to get most everything in the above plan together, tested, and venues booked. I propose holding one Lovefest July 27th, 2019. I estimate that our initial budget for will be 1000 – 1500 dollars.
The reason we suggest one event, is because there will be pre-event prep, actual event, then post-event support, accessment and tweaking. We need to be able to minister to those who came on a ongong basis if they express and interest. After an event, if people are impacted by our message, they may experience push back from the Devil and may need our support. Moreover, we must be able to “scale” for success and be ready and avaliable for what God may do.
Our first goal might be just to put on one event to gauge the interest in the Tabernacles message and to refine our methods. From there we would begin to build a base of those who are interested in the Tabernacle message, expanding and repeating our itinerary each year at roughly the same time.
Perhaps aim for 25 to 100 people for the first event. I know these numbers seem modest, but until we actually do these events a few times, I doubt we want to be overwhelmed with 500 or more people at a go. Getting everything working smoothly is perhaps more important to our effort than large numbers early on.
In conclusion, these are some early thoughts on our vision for The Tabernacles Experience: Lovefest 2019. I trust that God will lead those who feel called to be part of the final feast to help create these meetings. It is my experience that God manifests best through people with a shared goal and purpose. I look forward to your input as things progress. This is a real adventure in God and I am honored that we are doing it together!
