love relationship

The Half Has Not Been Told

I’ve been writing a lot about our love relationship with God; Divine Love, Spiritual Connections, and intimacy for some time now.  Through some of what I write challenges our natural minds, I believe it is important to speak plainly what the  Holy Spirit says.  Intimacy, in all it’s forms is central to who God is and our love relationship with Him is the most intimate of all.

Kiss me with the kisses of your lips

However, like all kings, our King of Kings is very busy.  In God’s kingdom there are many mansions, in fact an infinite amount, and in each one of those areas our Husband is busy about many things.  While our focus, as His wife to be, is on our love relationship and wedding night, our spouse is running His kingdom. After the wedding and our union with God, we take our place beside Him on His throne.

God says,

Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;  Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:  Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.”

Hebrews 1: 2-4

In Christ, we sit on the right hand of God in the heavenlies

We are the Body of Christ, therefore we sit on the right hand of God too.  As good as our love relationship with God is, it is not the sum total of our lives with Him.  Intimacy with our Husband is wonderful beyond words, as we can’t get enough of Him, but we are destined to settle into His kingdom and support Him in whatever He is doing.

Solomon was a busy man.  In fact, the list of what he did is really quite impressive.  Not only did he build and dedicate the temple of God, but he built his own house, investigated many different things, built cities, and generally organized the greatest kingdom the world has ever known.  However, when he came home at night, the person he looked for, the person he wanted to see, was Abishag.  They talked, ate, and made love and generally portrayed the type of love relationship and activities that we, as the Bride of Christ, do once wed.

Becoming God’s helpmate

Even though intimacy with God and each other is amazing, it is not all we will being to throughout eternity.  Though, as a Seraphim, we are close to God, there are many things we will help Him with.  Heaven is not all harps, clouds and idle delight.  The world to come is filled with activity beyond our wildest imagination and we, as God’s mate, are in the midst of all those amazing things.

The fact is, YHWH has been creating forever.  Seraphim, Cherubim, Angels, and Mankind are just a few of His procreations.  If we understand anything about our Husband, it is that He never does things half way.  When God created the animals He creation literally millions of species all with their own amazing attributes and ecological niches.  The plethora of birds, land animals, and insects is a picture of God’s amazing creations through time.  There is literally no end of what God has made and He continues to create until this very day.  When we take our position as His beloved at His right hand, all that He has will become ours and we will help Him tend His garden forever.

Our love relationship with God is front and center

When the Holy Spirit restores a truth, He tends to emphasize that truth for a time.  During the restoration of salvation by faith, that was where the Holy Spirit chose to dwell for a season.  Moreover, after a while God moved on to the restoration of the baptism of the Holy Spirit.  In these last days, God emphasizes the spiritual fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles.  While we are at this amazing place of love and fellowship it seems to be all that matters.  However, there comes a time when we sit on the right hand of our spouse, helping Him rule His kingdom forever.

It is a time of love, drink deeply

In conclusion,  enjoy where we are now and drink deeply of our Husbands love.  This is the marriage feast of the Lamb and we are the Bride of Christ.  Revel in His inner chamber and give way to every machination of love that you heart desires.  Bask in the after glow of being ravish by your Bridegrooml. Be eager, excited, and ready to receive Him when He calls.
