Eve: Why God Created Her To Be Adam’s Helpmate

Eve

Who was Eve and why was she created?

God says,

“And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.”

Genesis 2:19

Which one of these animals is not like the other?

The lesson Adam learned from naming the animals was that all the animals had helpmates for them (male and female) but he did not. So we read,

“And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.”

Genesis 2:18

God creates Adam’s helpmate

Eve was taken out of Adam and made specifically to fulfill the role of a suitable helpmate for him. God created Eve to fill that which Adam lacked.  It is my belief that God, the designer and Lord of all creation, knew exactly what He was doing when He created Adam and Eve.  Therefore men and women should not presume to deviate from our Father’s original design. Unfortunately, some women push to be other than what God made them to be.  When women leave their first estate they sin like the fallen angels did.  As God says,

“And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.”

Jude 1:6

In fact, our ungodly society makes women feel badly if they simply want to be a “helpmate” to their husband as God originally intended.

God places Eve under Adam’s protection

God sets up society around great men referred to as patriarchs.  Our Father ordained a male dominated society in which women are honored and cared for by strong, godly men.  Great and noble women, fulfilled traditional roles of “helpmates” treating their men as we see Sara doing in the following scripture,

” For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.”

1 Peter 3:5,6,

God chooses this pattern, not because He wishes to oppress the daughters of Eve, but because He wants men to protected women as the weaker vessels.  As it is written,

“Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honor unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.”

Adam was not deceived

Women are, in general, physically weaker than men.  In addition, perhaps due to their emotional natures, they are more vulnerable to deception.  It is written,

“And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.”

1 Timothy 2:14

Therefore, God, in His wisdom said,

“Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.”

Genesis 3:16

The two shall become one

For many women, the thought of being under the authority of her husband and having him rule over her is repugnant.   Many women demand treatment as equals. However it is not a question of men and women being equal, but simply recognizing that we are different.   Men and women compliment and complete each other precisely because they are not the same.  We see this illustrated in the act of marriage.  When lovers are intimate it is not a competition but a surrender of their individual uniqueness for their lovers pleasure.  In giving of each others difference both receive pleasure.  The man completes the woman and the woman compliments the man. Without the God-given attributes of each other, men and women are incomplete.  Together male and female become one and therefore whole.

When a man covers and woman in this way, it helps her reach her full potential in God. What does this mean?  In its most elemental sense a woman needs to unite with her man to become the help meet God designed her to be.  As a woman submits her body in the act of  marriage she also submits her heart and soul too.  This most intimate of submission forms the basis of all other submission in her marriage.  It is willing submission that flows out of her love and from her heart.

Eve, don’t leave your first estate

Misunderstanding their roles as helpmates, some women leave, like the fallen angels, their fist estate.  Instead of submission some women seek to dominate their husbands and rule their man’s household. This is matriarchy.  The spirit of matriarch diametrically opposes God, who is patriarchal.  The rise of the matriarchal spirit, or the rule of women, is a manifestation of Mystery Babylon.  God says,

“So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”

Revelation 17:3-5

In these last days, you will either be the Bride of Christ or you will become the Harlot Church, the bride of Satan.  The manifestation of “women power” is a tell-tale sign of being part of the Great whore of Babylon.  “Submission” to the will of the God through His Holy Spirit that is the sign of being God’s fiance’.

We live in the age of the harlot spirit

This harlot spirit seeks to rise above and dominate everything around it without regard to God’s laws or commandments.  Many times women buy into the disrespect of men that the media bombards them with.  Husbands, fearful to displease a harlot spirit within their mates, abdicate their God-given position within their marriages and their homes.  Men sometimes become weak and irresolute, like Ahab, allowing women to become domineering matriarchs that no longer respecting any authority.

God opposes matriarchs

God is patriarchal in nature.  YHWH made man in His image a likeness. Adam broke that image through sin. As men return to God’s original plan, they naturally become patriarchal.  Therefore, men must seek must challenge the spirit of matriarchy which seeks to subvert their manhood and families.

Our society is almost unrecognizable from the society that existed at the turn of the 19th century. We have switched from a patriarchal society to  matriarchal in less than a century.  The daughters of Eve pay a terrible price for leaving their first estate. Countless unwed mothers, fatherless children, millions of abortions, rampant venereal disease, plague women and men our society.  God visits all these judgements upon people who ignore and fight against the way He made them.

Islam’s struggle against the Great Satan

The war between Christianity and Islam, at it’s core, is a struggle between matriarchy and patriarchy. Islam is still overwhelming patriarchal and it sees the matriarchy of the west as a threat that it must protect itself against. While we say that Islam oppresses women they reply that western Christianity allows adultery, fornication, same-sex marriages, and abortion. Is it any wonder that those who follow Mohammed reject the west as the Great Satan?  We say we are a Christian nation but we bear little resemblance to first centenary followers of Christ.

Go where he goes, do what he does, support him

A woman’s place in God’s natural order of things is to come under a man’s covering and support him.  In fact, most men cannot achieve what God desires without a woman’s love. This is the true power of a woman. A Christian woman’s first and best calling is to be a helpmate to her man.  Her second best calling is to be a loving mother and raise their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord.  Here is a truth,

“A godly woman becomes part her mans world and joins what he is doing and not the other way around.”

If a woman feels she must take the lead spiritually, many times, she is out of God’s will. God created Eve to submit to the will of her man. To deny this is to say to God, “you made a mistake when you create me this way”. The relationship of  submission between the woman and her is the central marriage.  Without such submission many marriages fail. God created women to gladly and submissively take her place under her man be and be by his side.  Children issuing out of their union of love is secondary in importance to their primary relationship. Patriarchal marriages are always couple based.

We live in a Topsy Turvy world

Some may be horrified and object to the precepts that I state in this article.  However, when women reject patriarchy as ungodly, they call light darkness and darkness light.  Many women honestly feel relief when they allow their man to be their head.

Morever, being a patriarch does not mean you rule with an iron fist or don’t do dishes. Rather, it is a position of authority that a wife willing gives to her husband.  Godly women submit out of a desire to be in correct relationship to God. Whereas, men count Abraham as the father of their faith, let women count Sara as the mother of their submission. The daughters of Eve can learn much from the example of respect Sara gave to the father of many nations.

God is patriarchal

Finally, God refers to Himself as our heavenly Father because He is patriarchal. It is rebellion for women to despise patriarchal authority because in doing so they despise the very nature of God.  Satan is still lying to women to entice them to leave their first estate. Fallen Lucifer tries to make them feel as though they need more than what God freely gave them.  However, the true power of a woman comes not through domination but through submission.  Daughters of Eve, who become truly feminine, can easily turn the heads of even the most powerful men.

Who Moved My Cheese? Finding Where God Is Today

cheese

It’s All About The Cheese

There is a book by the name of “Who Moved My Cheese” by Dr. Spencer Johnson, which is a parable about the human resistance to change even in the face of persistent ineffectiveness of their actions.  This book uses the example of how rats can find a piece of cheese even in a complex maze.  The book further states that time after time rats will go to the exact place where they found the cheese previously.  However, if the cheese is no longer where it was,  after a few times, the rats will look elsewhere. This small book is an object lesson of how people also need to consider changing their methods if what they are doing time and time again fails to produce the desired results.  Here is a truth,

“What most concerns a rat it is not where the cheese was but where the cheese is”

For the rodent the object is cheese and it will modify its behavior to obtain the object of its desire if circumstances alter the location of the food.  Likewise, for a Christian believer, the object of their desire is God.  Like the noble rat, if we look in the same place time and time again yet we do not find God,  we need to look elsewhere.  Here is another truth,

“For the Christian, it is not where God was that is most important, but  where God is”

God, like the cheese, may not always be in the same place.  Even though your belief system may say that God must be where you last found Him, if he is not, you must find out where He is.

Doctrine is not God

Doctrine, or principles derived from the Bible, are simply a road map to God.  As our relationship grows our understanding of Him changes.  Paul says,

“When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.”

1 Corinthians 13:11,12

As a child, we believe that baby brother comes from momma’s tummy.  As we mature we find out that there is a lot more to the miracle of birth than we once thought.  With time and perspective, concepts of God that were once beyond us are now easy to understand.

To be where God is, you must go where He is at

Just as God led His people in the Wilderness of Sin, God Leads His people today.  Our life with God is a journey and we must move when He moves and stay when He stays.  If we fall behind, we can lose sight of where our Father is.  Some people who camp at a certain place, fail to notice when God moves and, knowing God was once there, stay put even though God is absent.

During the 1800s, people used to find salvation through weeks and sometimes months of intense prayer and soul-searching.  Yet at the turn of the 19th century, people could find the same salvation experience without much effort.  However, now God was not in the salvation experience in such power, but rather had moved on to the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Those who continued to seek God at the salvation experience found that there was less and less power there.  Conversely, those who moved on to the Holy Spirit Baptism experience found more and more of God’s presence.  Today, God has left the Pentecostal Baptism experience and is waiting for us at the Tabernacle experience.   The Tabernacles experience is oneness with God. Here is a truth,

“The cheese used to be at the salvation experience but it moved.

The cheese used to be at the Holy Spirit baptism experience but it moved.

The Tabernacle experience is where the cheese is now.”

Who moved my cheese?  God did.

The problem with dogma is that it never realizes, nor admits when the cheese is gone.  Dogma demands that the cheese must be in exactly the same place even when it’s missing.  Moreover, when people are hungry for more of God and they want to go searching elsewhere, dogma prevents them.  Eventually, all you get with dogma is spiritual starvation.  Nowadays, a great deal of the church is merely a shell of what used to be there, containing no cheese at all.

In conclusion, if the cheese you are looking for is not where it once was, then you should consider looking for it somewhere else.
