Twelve Individual Wings Perfectly Folded, The Seraphim Bow, Coming Together Into Alignment Above His Mercy Seat, Matched Mates Of The Most High
Two covering cherubs, face each other and look upon the Mercy Seat. Perfectly matched, having six wings each, they bow in reverence to their Most High God.
Holiness is an reflected attribute of Seraphim. They are the burning ones simply because they dwell in YHWH’s Shekinah Glory. Seraphs are perfectly matched mates, not only to God, but also to each other. Intimacy is their supernatural state of being as they submit in all things to their Lord.
Knowing Him, because they are like Him, Seraphs are perfectly aligned with God and His purposes. When people speak of “a match made in heaven” they’re actually talking about Seraphim. When someone remarks “she is a vision” they are seeing a type or picture of Seraphim.
Perfectly matched mates
The only way meet God’s Seraphim is through revelation. Isaiah saw God, closer than any man every had before, high and lifted up in His temple. Only by reason of his close proximity to God could Isaiah see Seraphs. Seraphs are the intimates of YHWH, hidden away in the secret place of the Most High.
However, there is a unfolding revelation of Seraphim throughout the scriptures. God begins to reveal His perfectly match mates starting in the book of Genesis. We first see them when YHWH makes man in His image and likeness. Again, God consults with them as He decides to confuse the languages at Babel. We see them depicted above His Mercy Seat in the wilderness Tabernacle and then later in Solomon’s temple. It is interesting that as time goes by they grow until an earthly temple can no longer contain them. In the millennial temple they open the doors and leave with the Ark of the Covenant. The next time we see the Ark it is in heaven in the book of Revelation.
Seraphim are not for public consumption. For the better part of history, they have lived behind the veil. Even when Seraphim travel with the ark, they are covered and hidden from view. However, in the restoration of all things, finally God reveals them fully as they stand before His Throne in heaven as the seven spirits of the Living God.
God invites us, His perfectly matched mate, into the sides of the north. Welcomed into the congregation, we take our position beside YHWH as His chief musician. Seraph are pictured by the lives of,

Ruth (friend, companion)
Mary (Beloved)
Each one of these amazing women were perfectly matched mates of their husbands, foreshadowing the Bride of “YHWH saves”. God makes us a little lower than the angels but crowns us with Glory. In Christ, we are perfectly matched Seraphim sitting at the right hand of our King, ruling and reigning with Him forevermore. Amen.
That is the question many ask isn’t it. Right now, Christ’s Body is fractured into ten thousand pieces, some big, some small, shattered like glass. Some shards are closer in belief to others, but all have their own unique twist on the scriptures. In fact, many churches fellowship based exclusively upon doctrine.
Doctrine kills us spiritually and sometimes even physically. Many modern theologians condemn others who don’t believe as they do. Catholics used to burn people at the stake, thinking it better to kill their bodies while trying to force a recantation to save their souls. Joan of Arc, a true saint of God, met a martyrs death at the hands of such men of the cloth. She stayed true to God and I really admire her for that.
Though everyone believes they would never do such things, those same demons still exist in the church today. The only difference between then and now is that secular laws protect us from those who would punish heresy by execution.
Why do you believe it?
We are fast approaching the day, though, that experience will supersede doctrine. Who we believe in, meaning Jesus Christ, will be more important than what we believe. In fact, shortly, doctrine won’t matter anymore, because listening to and doing God’s will be all anyone cares about.
Here is a truth,
“We are witnessing the end of doctrine”
I know many scoff at this claim and for some it even sends chills down their spines, but the hand writing is on the wall. Churches, by and large, derive their power over the souls of men through their theology. Liturgy and dogma imprison the minds of those whom they lead. However, God is about to set His people free and bring them out of doctrinal bondage.
“An he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:”
Ephesians 2:11-13
“This scripture is being fulfilled now, in this generation, before your very eyes”
There is arising two churches. One is full of apostasy, teaching the doctrines of men as though they are the words of God. The other is a church made without hands, composed of believers who hear the Spirit. They move as one, obeying only the still, small voice of their Father.
God created man to live by revelation, not through knowledge. It doesn’t matter if that knowledge is from a university or a seminary, both kill just as effectively. Man cannot live by bread alone, but must live by every word that proceeds out the mouth of our God and that is just as true today as it was in Christ’s time.
The Tabernacle experience cannot be taught, it must experienced for yourself. It is greater than any theology could ever hope to describe. The Rhema of God surpasses man’s understanding and must be received through our spirits. The sheer volume of God’s truth makes doctrine obsolete and ineffectual. The truth is, the presence of YHWH is what brings about the end of doctrine.
At the beginning of the 19th century, with the return of the Holy Spirit, doctors of the law began to lose control of the masses they taught. God revealed so much truth that no sooner had one restored truth emerged, that another came fast upon it’s heels.
Teachers struggled to keep up with the most recent revelation, laboring to show how such things could be. Some embraced the truth while others resisted it. Out of those efforts to encapsulate what God was doing, countless denominations arose who all felt they had “the truth”. Additionally, cults sprang up everywhere who claimed to have teachings which made them special, unique, and God’s chosen. Yet, those who wrested the scriptures to their own destruction, never understood the fundamental mistake they all made.
Here is a truth,
“The first church never made it to perfection, therefore if we copy them, the best we can ever be is imperfect.”
We do not need to go back to the book of Acts, we must go beyond it. The first century church never fully entered into the spiritual fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles. They never reached Ephesians Chapter 4. Thus, if we copy their imperfection, the best we can be is imperfect like them. In order to complete their journey, we must go beyond their imperfection to become like Jesus.
Many of the mystic movement are making this same mistake today. They are beginning to live by Rhema, but are still under the mistaken assumption they must “prove it” from the scriptures. This is simply not the case and trying to “shoe horn” their experiences into the Bible, risks creating more schisms within the Body of Christ. Just admit there is no chapter and verse for what your are experiencing and get on with it. Your are living in and teaching a present testament.
When the perfect comes
Paul says,
“For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”
1 Corinthians 13:9-11
Doctrine, compared to direct revelation, is a childish thing. The mature people of Christ, the ones who sees him face to face, don’t rely on doctrine to know their God. Direct experience is their manna and they gather it fresh daily.
In conclusion, here is a truth,
The unity of the Spirit proceeds the unity of the faith, not the other way around
Finally, oneness with God is an experiential work which cannot to collated, systematized, or categorized by man’s mind. Trying to contain it is the fastest way to lose it. Doctrine is the fruit of the knowledge and is incompatible with the gift of eternal life. Only a shared experience of God brings agreement among the brethren. One heart and one soul is simply the result of personally knowing and loving one God. Amen.
