Preface
If you walk into a room and see what looks like a Ming vase sitting on your friends desk, what’s your first reaction? Many might say to themselves, “nah, that can’t be real!” Very few would assume it is an original, worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Likewise, one of the challenges in sharing about the biblical phenomena of translation is that the counterfeit, such as astral projection, soul travel, etc… is so prevalent, many automatically assume what you say is fake. Unfortunately, Lucifer purposely muddies the waters with regard to rapture, precisely because the original truth is so valuable. However, realize that no one goes to the trouble of copying something that’s worth nothing.
What I am about to share with you is not generally known in Christian circles. My hope is to bring some clarity to the wonderful things God is doing among us. I pray that God give us eyes to see and ears to hear what His Spirit is saying to this generation.
Paul writes,
“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.”
1 Corinthians 2:13,14
Understanding translation is a important doctrine, because it happens so much to believers. The problem is, we just don’t know it is happening because we mislabel this phenomena as other things. Yet, as I will show you, translation is at the core of almost all of our spiritual experiences.
We do have a need to know
In these last days, God is revealing such fundamental principles through His seers and prophets because we need to know them for our safety and to do do the work of His ministry.
Many call this phenomenon “the Rapture” or “catching away”, however, for the purpose of our discussion it simply means “moving around by God’s Spirit”.
There’s a whole lotta translation going on
To begin with, when God translates you, He moves you by His Spirit from one place to another. You can be translated into a certain room of a house, or from one place to another on earth, or even to heaven. Quite often, though most don’t realize it, they experience the New Heavens and New Earth. In each of these instances, God simply moves you by His Spirit from one place to another.
God can translate your whole body or just your spirit. This can happen when you are awake or asleep. Sometimes, you are actually in two places at once. Dreams and visions, if they are from God, often translate you to different places while your body stays put. The writings of Seers and Prophets often record what they’ve seen and heard in places they have actually been.
Much scripture was received through translation
Much, if not all of the book of Genesis is written through translation, for Moses actually went and witnessed the things he penned. This is what He was doing during his 40 days in the mountain of God. Moreover, Paul received a great deal of the New Testament when God translated him into the third heaven.
Moreover, Paul even talks of being “present” in the spirit to the Corinthian church.
Paul says,
(For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, .
1 Corinthians 5:12
This is not an isolated incidence with Paul either. This is how he kept up with churches in different locations. The apostle saw and heard what he needed to know through being caught away to different places in his ministry.
Christians have all the time in the world
Time, in the Spirit, does not exist as an absolute as it does in our realm. That is why a day to the Lord is as a thousand years here. Moreover, people who are translated can move backwards or forwards in time as God leads. While most prophets travel forwards in time, in certain instances they travel backwards in time to different situations on earth. In most cases, this is how they’re aware of things that cannot otherwise be known.
You must be translated into heaven by God. The only bridge to the city of our Great King is YHWH Himself. While everything is strictly ordered by time in our creation, in the realms of the Spirit, everything already exists and has been that way, in earthly terms, forever. Thus, when God translates you to heaven, time doesn’t matter. You can be gone for only a few moments and experience things past, present, and future in a matter of minutes.
There are partial translations
People tend to think of translation, as in the rapture, as an absolute, an either/or proposition. However, this is not the case all the time. In fact the majority of translation is partial in nature. Prophetic dreams or waking visions, occur while our Spirit is taken one place as our bodies remain here. Many of the best Christian artists hear heavenly music, composing those melodies into songs. They actually hear music from Heaven or even the New Heavens and New Earth through a foretaste of their inheritance. Many of the best Christian artists hear and compose this way. This is how you get heavenly music.
Translation happens during spiritual connection with God and each other
Translation is particularly present during deep spiritual connections with other members of the Body of Christ. God syncs you with a brother or a sister (or sometimes whole groups) and you begin to feel what they feel and sometimes even see what they see. This is not mystical, but rather just a function of moving to where they are by translation.
During these times of extreme unity, your spirit translates. This is what the unity of the Body of Christ is, spiritual oneness through translation. We feel each other so deeply that we spiritually discern our brethren. You don’t have to discern the whole body, just the one or ones God connects you with through His divine love. However, as we are fitly joined together in this way, each of us supplies what the other needs and the whole Body of Christ is built up in love.
As God wills, translation is for everybody
People tend to think of translation as a gift given only to a chosen few. Granted, we most often see these gifts operated by prophets and seers. However, from the beginning until now, this is just the way God moves people around. This is also how angels move too. For instance, Enoch was the first person, that we are aware of, to be translated. Why? For he walked with God and God took him. Where? To Heaven.
Translation is how the New Jerusalem got to heaven in the first place
The city of our Great King, the original Jerusalem was translated by the power of God into heaven. God took His city, lock, stock and barrel, from Eden and placed it into heaven where it is to this very day. This is where people go when they are translated up to God and to His throne. However, when YHWH creates a New Heaven and New Earth, that Holy City is translated back down into God’s new creation. It is depicted as a bride adorned for her husband, because the saints who have been resurrected or translated are in it.
Furthermore, when Jesus comes with ten thousands of his saints, we see translation in action. In fact, all throughout the scriptures angels and people are moved around by the Spirit of God this way.
Translation to the stars of heaven
In conclusion, if you can receive it, translation had a much bigger role to play in our original purpose than people realize. Rapture was to be the method God used to populate the stars of heaven. Though God illustrated how many descendants Abraham would father, He was also literally talking of mankind spreading throughout the universe. This is what our fascination with outerspace is really all about. Except, instead of speeding around in a man-made space ship, God, through translation, purposed to send us to distant galaxies instantaneously.
Finally, nothing is impossible for God. Moreover, translation is not something reserved only for special people. Though it is supernatural, we are all children of the supernatural and translation is our birthright. Amen.
